1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to these regions in Kenya:

  • Nairobi County (All sub-counties)
  • Kiambu County
  • Kajiado County
  • Thika Town
  • Machakos Town
  • Limuru

2. Delivery Schedule

3:00 PM Next business day (8AM-5PM) 300-800*
12:00 PM Same day (3PM-7PM) 500-1,000*

3. Meat Handling & Packaging

Your order arrives:

  • Chilled (0-4°C): Vacuum-sealed in insulated coolers with ice packs
  • Frozen (-18°C): Double-wrapped in freezer-safe packaging

All packages include handling instructions and expiry dates.

4. Delivery Requirements

To ensure meat quality:

  • Someone must receive and refrigerate within 30 minutes
  • Provide accurate gate codes/building access
  • Unavailable? Specify safe drop-off location at checkout

We cannot leave perishable items unattended.

5. Delivery Problems

If issues occur:

  1. Temperature concern? Refuse delivery and call us immediately
  2. Wrong/missing items? Take photos and email within 2 hours
  3. Late delivery? Contact us for compensation (vouchers or discounts)

6. Wholesale Deliveries

For restaurants/hotels:

  • Minimum order: 10kg per meat type
  • Early morning deliveries (5AM-9AM) available
  • Custom schedules for bulk buyers
